Documents, issued by Taiwan authorities, to be used in the Netherlands, need to be authenticated by a local district court or public notary, and legalized by Bureau of Consular Affairs (BOCA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, R.O.C. Thereafter, NTIO needs to stamp on the documents as well.
Applicant has to furnish the required original and copies.

Step 1：
An English translation shall be authenticated by a local district court/ a notary.

Step 2：
An English language and a Court/Notary verified document needs to be legalized by Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, R.O.C.

Step 3：
Documents, authenticated by a local district court/Notary and legalized by Bureau of Consular Affairs Ministry of Foreign Affairs ROC, submit to Consular Section, NTIO for getting an office stamp.

- Proof of Single Status (Household Registration Transcript + Affidavit to Single Status Fact)
