Taiwan, ROC visa for Dutch Citizens

Duration of stay: 30 days (no visa required, no extension is permitted)
  • Visa Free Entry.
  • Requirements:
    1. a passport valid for at least six months after departure for Taiwan.
    2. a confirmed return ticket or/and a visa for the next destination.
    3. no criminal record verified by the airport or seaport police.
  • Fee: Free of Charge.
  • Disembarkation ports: C.K.S. International Airport, Kaohsiung International Airport, Keelung Harbor, Hualien Harbor, Taichung Harbor and Kaohsiung Harbor.
Duration of stay: 60/90 days
  • Visitor Visa - submit application at Taipei Representative Office in The Netherlands.
  • Requirements:
    1. a passport valid for at least six months.
    2. an outbound ticket by air or ship.
    3. a duly completed application form with two photos.
    4. documents verifying the purpose of visit.
    5. other relevant documents.

  • Remark: Visitor Visa holders who are permitted to stay in Taiwan for sixty or ninety days and whose visas bear no such remark as "no extension will be granted" may apply at the nearest city/county police headquarters for a maximum of 120 or 90 days of extensions.
